On Thursday, November 22, 2012, CC's Pawn Shop in Deer Park was burglarized by a trio of thieves. The initial burglary was committed by a pair of burglars who have not been identified.
After the first pair of thieves left the business, a third burglar entered the business two hours later stealing merchandise. Total loss to the business was estimated near $4,000. Deputies D. Dutton and D. Middlebos both recognized this suspect on the surveillance
video as 35-year-old Jeramiah Patterson.
On Tuesday, November 27th, Deputies Dutton and Middlebos contacted Patterson at a residence on 6th St. in Deer Park. Patterson denied any involvement with the incident and invoked his right to an attorney. The investigation is on-going and additional arrests
are expected.
• Patterson was booked into the Spokane County Jail on the felony charge of 2nd Degree Burglary and 3rd Degree Theft.
