On Wednesday, October 10, 2012, the Spokane County Sheriff's Office Investigative Task Force (ITF) and Investigative Support Unit (ISU) detectives arrested a 17-year-old juvenile female in connection with the September 17th theft of twenty-one firearms
on Wilcox St. in Medical Lake.
Through their investigation, detectives determined the 17-year-old stole her father's firearms from their residence by herself, but was assisted with the overall plan by two additional male subjects.
20-year-old Cody Wolfley has been charged with one count of 1st Degree Burglary as well as 21 counts of Trafficking in Stolen Property, 21 counts of Theft of a Firearm and 21 counts of Possession of a Stolen Firearm. 21-year-old Brad Kelly has been charged
with nine counts of Possession of Stolen Property.
Today the 17-year-old female was charged with one count of Residential Burglary, 21 counts of Trafficking in Stolen Property, 21 counts of Theft of a Firearm and 21 counts of Possession of a Stolen Firearm. She was booked into the Spokane County Juvenile Detention
Facility for listed charges.
