On Wednesday, September 19, 2012, at 5:00 p.m., Spokane Valley Sheriff's Sgt. D. Golman responded to a robbery call at Rite-Aid located at 12222 East Sprague Avenue. Sgt. Golman contacted a Loss Prevention Officer who told him two adult females had been in the store shopping together and separate. The Officer described the first suspect as an adult white female with brown hair in pig tails. She described the second suspect as an adult white female with dirty blonde hair in a pony tail.

The Officer said the first suspect, the woman wearing the multi-colored tank top in the driver's seat, selected several items from the business and placed them in a black bag she brought into the store. The suspect attempted to leave the store without paying for the items when the Officer attempted to block her path at the main door. The suspect pushed the Officer out of her way and got into a blue, mid to late 90's Volkswagen Jetta. The Jetta had blue stripes that ran down the hood of the vehicle and had a temporary license plate on the back window. The Officer was able to take two photographs of both women inside the vehicle on her cell phone.

Anyone with information about these women is asked to call Crime Check at 509-456-2233.
