A public workshop is scheduled for Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at 5:30pm - 6:30pm, or as soon as possible thereafter in the Commissioner's Hearing Room located on the lower level of the Public Works Building at 1026 W. Broadway Ave., Spokane, WA.
