Incoming Calls

The Spokane County Jail does not accept incoming phone calls for inmates unless an extreme emergency exists. I you feel you have an extreme emergency situation you will need to call and ask for the on duty sergeant. Outgoing Calls

Inmates are allowed to make outgoing collect phone calls to persons of their choice. If you accept a collect call from an inmate of the Spokane County Jail, you will be charged by the minute. You can pre-pay for inmate calls through Public Communications Services (PCS) through their website at www.pcsdailydial.com or by calling  (888) 288-9879.*  You may be asked to provide the inmate's First and Last name and Date of Birth.

Kiosk Info

You may also place money on an inmate's phone account for either facility using Kiosks which are located in the Jail Lobby and in the Geiger Visitor's Center.  These kiosks can be used to place funds on an inmate's telephone account whether they are housed at either facility.  The kiosk's accept credit or debit cards as well as cash*.  The Jail kiosk is available 24 hours a day every day.  The Geiger kiosk is available during any Geiger visiting session.
