Beginning on Monday, March 1, 2010, the Recording Division of the County Auditor's Office is located in the new Customer Service Center on the first floor of the Spokane County Courthouse.
In 2010, the Assessor, Auditor, Treasurer, Board of County Commissioners, and the Board of Equalization have new business hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., and on Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
The County Clerk's business hours have also changed. They are open Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. until Noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Meanwhile, the Building and Planning Department's business hours are unchanged: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and closed on Fridays (staff furlough).
