Spay / Neuter Vouchers 

SCRAPS has free spay/neuter vouchers. Please help end euthanasia as a form of pet overpopulation control - spay or neuter your pet today! The voucher program is funded by a $4.00 surcharge added to all pet licenses sold in Spokane County. For more information call 477-2532. 

Voucher information:

•  Available to residents of the unincorporated areas of Spokane County, the Cities of Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Millwood, and Cheney.
   
•  Vouchers are issued to licensed pets only - you may purchase the license when you receive the voucher.
   
•  Vouchers are redeemable at any area veterinarian.
