Request for Proposals (RFP's) and Request for Qualifications (RFQ's)

Many Spokane County competitive documents are not posted on this website. The RFP’s, RFQ’s, ITB’s, RFI’s and other competitive solicitations and related addenda, which are listed here, are posted as a convenience in PDF format.

Spokane County assumes no responsibility for content of any of the competitive documents provided on this website or sent by email. All official County responses to vendor questions, clarifications, and RFQ addenda will only be issued in written hard copy form.

The County cannot track the firms or persons who have downloaded copies of the posted document(s); therefore, the County cannot ensure that subsequent addenda or changes have been sent to all interested parties. It is the responsibility of interested persons or firms to contact the Spokane County Purchasing Department in order to become a registered vendor for the specific project for notification purposes.

Discrepancies of text appearing on certain pages of the competitive document can occur between the hard copies and electronic copies. In the event of discrepancy between the electronic copies and hard copies, the hard copy RFP, RFQ, ITB, RFI and other competitive solicitations issued by the Spokane County Purchasing Department shall control.

Respondents are cautioned that submittal responses which alter or modify the language, terms and conditions of the RFQ (with the exception where alternates are expressly permitted or requested by the County) may be rejected by the County as non-responsive.
