Search Criteria

Enter as much search criteria as you want. Following are descriptions of each of the search criteria fields. You must enter at least one other field in addition to the parcel type and parcel status. Try to be as specific as possible to limit the number of matches returned.

Parcel Number

Enter a full or partial parcel number. The parcel number consists of two sets of digits and letters separated by a period (i.e. 12345.1234). If you enter a full parcel number, no other search criteria are required. If the parcel number is found, you will be taken directly to the parcel detail pages. If you enter a partial parcel number, the search will return all parcel that has a number starting with the entered information.

Parcel Type

Select the parcel type for which to search (only real parcel, only personal parcel, or both). Only real parcel is searched for by default. If your initial search fails to return any information, try setting this to Both and running the search again.

Status

Select the parcel status for which to search (only active parcel, only inactive parcel, or both). Both types are searched for by default.

When searching for a street address, note that there are individual fields for the various parts of the street address such as the number, the street name, the street type (DR, RD, etc). Be sure to enter information into the correct fields. For example, if you are searching for parcel on Division St., you would enter "Division" in the Street Name field and select "ST" from the Type combo box.

From/To Street #

Use the From Street # to locate an address using a specific street number. Enter a To Street # to find all parcel that has a street number in the given range.

# Suff

Use this field to specify a street number suffix such as "1/2".

Dir

This is a compass direction for the street such as N for North, S for South, etc. For example, to search for North Regal, you would select "N" for this field and enter the street name "Regal".

Street Name

Enter a full or partial street name for which to search. The search will return any parcel that has a street name beginning with the entered information.

Type

Select the street type for which to search such as AVE, RD, DR, etc.

Apt/Suite

If searching for an apartment number or suite number, enter it into this field.

City

Enter a full or partial city name to limit the search to a specific city or those beginning with the entered information.
