The Office of the Spokane County Prosecuting Attorney is dedicated to assuring justice in the administration of civil and criminal cases.

The Office of the Spokane County Prosecuting Attorney consists of 73 attorneys, 63 support staff and 6 victim-witness staff members. The prosecuting attorney office is divided into the following units:
