This is an alphabetical list of all the Spokane County parks, where each park is located and the amenities each park provides.

To Parks Bear Lake

Location:
N. 29601 Hwy. 2: 15 miles north of Francis on Newport Highway, 1 mile north of Chattaroy on west side of Hwy. 2.
List of Amenities:
175 parking spaces, 80 acres of park, play equipment, hiking trails, shelters, BBQ areas and swimming. Restrooms are available.
Additional Information:
Seasonal entry fee to the lake between mid- June and Labor Day is $2.00 per person. Lifeguards are on duty. Fishing (non-motorized boats only), Boat Rental, Handicap Access Trail, and Volleyball are also available.

To Parks Camelot

Location:
W. 910 Percival Ave.: 3.5 miles north of Francis on Newport Highway, west on Winchester at Camelot subdivision, north on Guinevere to Percival.
List of Amenities:
5 acres, 10 parking spaces, play equipment, ball field, basketball court and BBQ area.

To Parks Dishman Hills

Location:
S. 625 Sargent Road: 2.6 miles east of Havana, south on Sargent at east 8700 block on east Sprague/behind Appleway Chevrolet.
List of Amenities:
518 acres, 26 parking spaces, play equipment and hiking trails. Restrooms are available.
Additional Information:
Natural Area, Handicap Access Pathway, Lodge by Reservation - Limited parking for large groups.

To Parks Fish Lake

Location:
S. 14314 Myers Road: I-90 east to exit 195, south to Cheney-Spokane Rd., turn right, 7 miles to park entrance signs.  At Myers Rd., turn left & follow directional signs to park.
List of Amenities:
52 acres, 43 parking spaces, play equipment, hiking trails, basketball court, swimming and BBQ area. Restrooms are available.
Additional Information:
Seasonal entry fee to the lake between mid- June and Labor Day is $2.00 per person. Boat Launch (non-motorized boats only), Swim Dock, Handicap Accessible, Paved Trailways, Lifeguards, and ¼ Basketball court are also available.

To Parks Freddy's Land Donation - Undeveloped

Location:
830 feet East of Highway 359, along Hastings Road, South along Standard Drive to dead end road.
List of Amenities:
3.6 acres of native old growth Ponderosa Pines, natural setting
Additional Information:
This natural area park was donated to Spokane County August 2001 by Fred Meyers Stores for a community park. The Parks Department will be meeting with area residents in the future to determine park amenities.

To Parks Gateway

Location:
26715 E. Spokane Bridge Road: I-90 east to exit 299 (near the Idaho state line), north on Spokane Bridge Road for .8 miles to the park entrance.
List of Amenities:
30.98 acres including Dog Park and Conservation Futures, 50+ parking spaces, picnic facilities, open lawn area, over 3 acres of dog park.
Additional Information:
Access to the Spokane River and Centenial Trail. Visitors Center is open seasonally.

To Parks Gleneden

Location:
15204 N. Columbus: North of Wandermere Golf Course: 1 mile east on Little Spokane Drive, north on Columbus approximately 800', then east on Stub Road to park.
List of Amenities:
5 acres, 6 parking spaces, play equipment, hiking trails and basketball court.
Additional Information:
¼ Basketball court.

To Parks Holmberg

Location:
N. 9615 Wall: 2 miles north of Francis on Wall, west on Holland.
List of Amenities:
6 acres, 50 parking spaces, play equipment, hiking trails, ball field, basketball court, tennis court, shelters, BBQ area and swimming. Restrooms are available.
Additional Information:
Pool user fee, lifeguards, bathhouse.

To Parks Liberty Lake

Location:
S. 3707 Zephyr Road: I-90 east to Liberty Lake exit, east on Appleway to Molter, south to Valleyway, east to Zephyr.

2983 acres, 200 parking spaces, play equipment, hiking trails, shelters, BBQ area and swimming. Restrooms are available.
Additional Information:
Liberty Lake ORV Park is a 350 acre park located in Eastern Washington next to Liberty Lake Regional Park. There are approximately 16 miles of trails in the park. Terrain ranges from beginner to advanced with a mixture of gentle to steep slopes including scenic trail rides, mud bogs and hill climbs. Riders are required to have a current ORV sticker clearly displayed and there is a 1000 pound ATV weight limit. This park accommodates ATV's and motorcycles only, no automobiles or trucks.

Camping is available from mid April to October 15th.

Prime Season (mid June - Labor Day) fee per night’s stay
R.V.- $24 includes lake entrance/general park admission for first 4 people; additional persons $2 each, children 5 and under free.
Tents - $18 includes lake entrance/general park admission for first 4 people; additional persons $2 each, children 5 and under free.

Off Season (April 15 - mid June and Labor day - October 15) fee per night’s stay
R.V. - $20
Tents - $15

Sites are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Camping is available at Liberty Lake Park

 

To Parks Linwood

Location:
W. 1100 Eastmont: 1 mile north of Francis on Country Homes Blvd., east on Warn Way to parking lot at Eastmont.
List of Amenities:
7 acres, 33 parking spaces, play equipment, ball field, basketball court, tennis court, shelters and BBQ area. Restrooms are available.
Additional Information:
Horse shoe pits.

To Parks Northwood

Location:
W. 310 Regina Ave.: 3 miles north of Francis on Highway 395, west on Regina to Florence.
List of Amenities:
5 acres, 50 parking spaces, play equipment, shelters and BBQ area. Restrooms are available.

To Parks Orchard Avenue

Location:
Bridgeport & Park: From Trent & Park, north on Park to Bridgeport.
List of Amenities:
5 acres, 25 parking spaces, play equipment and ball field.

To Parks Pine Valley

Location:
Pine River Park East 626 Greenleaf Drive: 5 miles north of Francis on Hyw. 395 to Wandermere Road, West on Dartford Road, North on Little Spokane Drive to Greenleaf Drive.
List of Amenities:
14.5 acres, 50 parking spaces, one shelter, there are BBQ's, a drinking fountain, and restroom. Swim beach (no guards). And fishing access to Little Spokane River.
Additional Information:
Historic Site, Foot Bridge, 5 Soccer Fields.

To Parks Plantes Ferry

Location:
E. 12308 Upriver Drive: I-90 Argonne exit, north on Argonne, east on Upriver Drive.
List of Amenities:
80 acres, 225 parking spaces, play equipment, hiking trails, ball field, shelters and BBQ area. Restrooms are available.
Additional Information:
Historic Site, Foot Bridge, 5 Soccer Fields.

To Parks Shields (Minnehaha Rocks)

Location:
E. 5625 Upriver Drive: 1 mile east of Havana on Upriver Drive, north at City's Upriver Dam site.
List of Amenities:
14 acres, 20 parking spaces and hiking trails. Restrooms are available.
Additional Information:
Centennial Trail Head, Mountain Bike Trail, Climbing Rocks.

To Parks Sontag

Location:
W. 9808 Charles Road: 6 miles north of Francis on Hwy. 291 to Nine Mile Dam, west on Charles Road across bridge
List of Amenities:
52 acres, 46 parking spaces, play equipment, hiking trails, ball field, tennis court, shelters and BBQ area. Restrooms are available.

To Parks Spokane County ORV Park

Location:
12402 West Sprague: I-90 west to Hwy. 2 exit, 3 miles west on Hwy. 2, north past Hayford Road
List of Amenities:
265 acres and 500+ parking spaces. Restrooms are available.
Additional Information:
Motocross, 4-Wheel Drive, Go-Kart and Flat Track - User Fee

To Parks Valleyford

Location:
East 11001 Palouse Highway: I-90 Pines exit south on Pines/Hwy 27 past Mica, East on Palouse Hwy. to Valleyford, 1/2 mile west on Valleyford.
List of Amenities:
22 acres, 15 parking spaces, play equipment, hiking trails, basketball court, shelters and BBQ area. Restrooms are available.
