Bear Lake Regional Park
Bear Lake Regional Park a 166-acre park located fifteen miles north of Spokane, adjacent to SR-2 (Newport Highway), in a rural setting. The park serves the metropolitan areas and the more immediate residents of the communities of Chattaroy, Colbert, Elk, and the City of Deer Park. The spring-fed lake has a surface area of approximately 35 acres with associated wetlands and upland forest.

175 parking spaces, 166 acres of park, play equipment, hiking trails, shelters, BBQ areas and swimming beach. No lifeguards - swim at your own risk. No entry fees for this year.
