The Spokane County Fair and Expo Center would like to invite elementary school classes (under the age of 12) to this year's Interstate Fair. Management will also give consideration to special education classes. Teachers completing the Application Form below and receiving confirmation from the Interstate Fair will receive free admission to the Interstate Fair for their class and chaperons. Which days may classes visit the Fair?

Teachers are allowed to request the first Friday, as well as Monday through Friday of the next week. The Fair may only accept a limited amount of school children each day, so early reservations are encouraged.

What hours can we come?

Check-in times are between 9:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Where do we check-in?

Please enter through the STA Lot off of Fancher Road unless special care is needed. A special access gate will be provided for those visiting with their school accessible from the STA Lot to allow access to non-school visitors through other gates. Those requiring special care should enter through the Main Ticket Gate.

How many chaperons are permitted with the group?

A chaperon must be provided for every 5-7 children during your visit. For those needing special care, we request that a chaperon be provided for every 2-3 people.

How do I know what day the Fair has chosen for my class to visit?

A confirmation letter will be sent with your reserved date and time in the middle of August. You will be asked to show the confirmation slip upon arrival.

What if we get separated after arriving to the Fair?

If a member of your party gets separated while visiting the Fair, contact a security guard for assistance. Every child MUST wear a badge with their first name and last name initial (i.e. Connor M.), school name, chaperon (or teacher's) name, and the school's telephone number.
