The Spokane County Fair and Expo Center has compiled some wonderful resources for lesson plans that may be utilized in conjunction with your visit to the Interstate Fair.

The 2011 Spokane County Interstate Fair's theme is "Carats of Fun" in which the Fair celebrates its Diamond Anniversary of 60 Years at its current location. With that in mind, we found a few lesson plans focusing on agriculture in general.
