The Spokane County Fair and Expo Center has compiled some wonderful resources for lesson plans that may be utilized in conjunction with your visit to the Interstate Fair.

The 2009 Spokane County Interstate Fair's theme is "We've Got Something to Crow About" and the artwork will feature a rooster. With that in mind, we found a few lesson plans focusing on poultry (as well as some that feature a broad range of agriculture lessons).
