Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan
The mission of the Spokane Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan is to protect people, property and the environment through increasing the readiness level to mitigate, prepare for, respond to and recover from major emergencies and disasters.
The purpose of this Plan is coordinate functions within the emergency management system to mitigate, prepare for, respond to, and recover from the effects of an emergency or disasters.
