JOE MANN is a Senior Broker at John L.Scott Citywide, and has been a Realtor since 1993.  Mr. Mann is a member of the Spokane Association of Realtors, and served as President in 2011. 

Current History & Service:

  • Chair of Spokane County Board of Equalization and has served on the Board since 1998
  • State Licensed Real Estate Instructor since 1994
  • Adjunct Professor Marketing, Gonzaga University School of Business since 1990
  • Grievance Ombudsman, Spokane Association of Realtors
  • Volunteer Sacred Heart Children's Hospital

LINDA MILLER has been in the real estate industry since 1989 and a State Certified Real Estate Instructor since 1994.  Ms. Miller is a member of the Spokane Association of Realtors, having served in various leadership positions including president for 2010.

  • Member of Spokane County Board of Equalization and has served on the Board since February 2009
  • Real Estate Instructor of varying subjects, including  Professional Standards, Ethics, Fair Housing, Conflict Resolution and Negotiation
  • Community Service including CASA, CASA Partners, Meals on Wheels, and musician with Sacred Heart Hospital Volunteer Department
  • Created a volunteer force through the Spokane Association of Realtors to re-open The Clubhouse for Sacred Heart Children's Hospital

  • Linda has been married to her husband Jim for 49 years. Jim is a retired real estate appraiser.  They have two sons and four grandchildren.

BILL MEYER is retired from Property Management and has been a member of the Spokane County Board of Equalization since 2005.  Mr. Meyer is a Korean War Veteran and has been married for 61 years!  His family tree is a large one and includes 5 children, 9 grand-children, and 12 great grand-children!  Mr. Meyer is also an avid golfer!
