Board of Equalization - Forms

Taxpayer Petition to the County Board of Equalization for Review:

  1. Real Property Valuation Determination
  2. Current Use or Designated Forest Land Determination 
  3. Senior Citizen/Disabled Person Exemption or Deferral Determination
  4. Personal Property Valuation Determination 
  5. Washington State Board of Tax Appeals (Informal - Property)

Please be advised that "Faxed" Petitions are acceptable only for the purpose of protecting a deadline to file.  You must still submit the original Petition with signature to our office.  We do not accept electronic filing.
