The Spokane County Auditor's Office is responsible for the administration of the Recording, Financial Services, Motor Vehicle Licensing, and Elections Divisions. The primary functions of these diverse divisions are the recording and preservation of all public records which are required by law to be recorded, the integrated financial management of all activities of Spokane County, conduct all Elections for the county in accordance with State law and the issuance of vehicle and vessel licenses for the County.

Hours
Due to budget cuts, the divisions in the Auditor's Office have reduced hours during 2010.
Motor Vehicle Licensing/Passports and Recording are open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm, Excluding Holidays
Elections and Financial Services are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, excluding Holidays.
