Farm & Ag Application
If you are applying for the program for the first time. Please complete this form along with a $545 application fee, plus a recording fee (determined by auditor) and attach 3 years farming income receipts. Submit to the Assessor’s office. F & A Application
Farm & Ag Continuation Packet
If you are purchasing a property already classified as (83) Farm & Ag. Both the Buyer & Seller need to sign and complete this form prior to recording documents and submit them to the Assessor’s office. F & A Continuation Packet
Farm & Ag Removal Request
If you would like to remove your property from the Farm & Ag program or give 2 years notice of removal to avoid the 20% penalty, please complete this form and submit it to the Assessor’s office. F & A Removal Request
Farm & Ag Conservation (FAC)
FAC Re-Class Form
If your property is already in an open space program and you wish to re-class to Farm & Ag Conservation. Please complete this form and return it to the Assessor’s Office. You will also need to complete the FAC Application below. FAC Re-Class Form

Designated Forest (DF)
Must be 20 acres of timbered land + 1 additional acre if there is a home site.

DF Application
Please complete and submit with a $359 application fee, plus a recording (determined by auditor). If you have 20 acres or more of timbered land + 1 acre if there is a home site, you may qualify for this program. Submit to the Assessor’s Office. If you have greater than 5 acres but less than 20 acres, you will need to apply for Current Use Timber. Designated Forest Application
DF Re-Class
If you no longer qualify for designated forest and need to re-class into Current Use Timber. Complete this form and return it to the Assessor’s office. You will also need to complete a Current Use Timber Application. Designated Forest Reclassification
DF Continuation Packet
If you are purchasing a property with the land classification of (88) Designated Forest, both the buyer and seller will need to complete the continuation packet prior to recording documents. Submit to the Assessor’s Office. Designated Forest Continuation Packet
DF Removal Request
Please submit this form to the Assessor’s Office if you want to remove the property from the Designated Forest Program. Designated Forest Removal Request
Current Use Timber (CUT)
Greater than 5 acres but less than 20 acres
