Basic Training Class

S.C.O.P.E. Basic Training Classes are held at the Spokane Valley Police Department every other month.

You must be an approved S.C.O.P.E. member to attend the class.

Citizens On Patrol Class

S.C.O.P.E. Citizens on Patrol Class is also held at the Spokane Valley Police Department every other month.

You must have attended a S.C.O.P.E. Basic Training Class to be eligible to take the Citizens on Patrol training.
