Owner Released
SCRAPS will accept owner released pets, if you live within our jurisdiction, for possible adoption in the following manner. Bring your pet to SCRAPS during business hours (we prefer one hour before we close). Please provide any records you have on your pet. You will be required to sign a release of ownership as well as complete an animal personality profile for the pet you are releasing. Please refer to services and fees for the release fee which will apply.
SCRAPS cannot guarantee that your relinquished (released) pet will be adopted.
