Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service (SCRAPS) is a progressive municipal animal care and protection agency located in Spokane Valley, Washington.
We have a couple of more items on our wish list that we need right now, clay cat litter, ratchet set, and several 32 gallon wheeled garbage cans with lids (we store our food and litter in these so that they last longer).... Can you help us, help the animals?
Services & programs
SCRAPS serves the unincorporated areas of Spokane County, the Cities of Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Millwood, Cheney, and Fairchild Air Force Base.
SCRAPS meets the animal control, protection, and care needs of residents and the community with deputized animal protection officers extensively trained to enforce animal laws, investigate animal cruelty complaints, and respond to emergency situations. SCRAPS is also active in educational and community outreach programs and is dedicated to our continued investment in innovative behavioral programs. These lifesaving programs are supported by donations from the community.
