Three cheers for all the mix-breed dogs that make our lives worth cheering about.

Are You Ready if a Disaster Strikes?

Our wildfire season has started.  By making a plan before an emergency happens you increase the chances of keeping our furry friend safe.  Find out more under our pet care tips and in this pamphlet from FEMA and the Spokane Department of Emergency Management.

Honor your Past Pets

SCRAPS Twilight Memorial is July 30th from 8 - 9:30 p.m. The ceremony beings with a brief reflection on joys and sadness we experience with our pets followed by the lighting of luminaries.  Find out more at Twilight Memorial.

SCRAPS Walk in the Park

Saturday, September 12th

10 - noon at Prairie View Park

Saving a life is as easy as a Walk in the Park during SCRAPS annual dog walk. This year we are working on contests, prizes and more vendors.  It's never too early to sign up your pack!  All proceeds benefit the SCRAPS Animal Medical Fund that offer medical attention, treatment and recovery to homeless, abused and abandoned animals here in Spokane.

Park Crawls

All this summer SCRAPS will be showing up at neighborhood parks to offer information and tips on keeping your pets safe this summer. Stop by our booth and say "hello."

Check out all the events happening at SCRAPS this month on our events page!
