Service Reductions for the 2012 Park Season in Effect
As we look towards to the 2012 Park Season, we’re compelled to thank the Spokane Community; especially those individuals, businesses, and organizations that donated time, money, and resources during the 2011 Season to help maintain many of the County Parks. More specifically, the friends and neighbors of Bear Lake, Camelot, Fish Lake, Pine River, Gleneden, and Northwoods Parks made a measurable difference in the appearance, safety, and functionality of those facilities!
This year again we are seeking the community’s understanding, patience, and support in these tough economic times. If you or your organization is interested in volunteering or learning how to help a Spokane County Park, please contact Paul Knowles, Park Planner at (509) 477-2188 or pknowles@spokanecounty.org.
