Audited Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports (CAFR)
The Comprehensive Annual Financial Report is a governmental entity's official annual report. The County's CAFR contains an introductory section, financial section, and statistical section. It is presented in conformity with generally accepted accounting principle (GAAP) and is audited by the State Auditor's Office each year. Spokane County has received an unqualified opinion (the highest rating possible) on each of financial statements presented below.
