NUMBER OF EXHIBITS: The exhibit numbers listed below include all chickens, turkeys, ducks, water fowl, and pigeons. To clarify the numbers, each time an animal is judged, it is counted as an exhibit. Some birds enter up to 2 or 3 classes each.

- September 8 – Youth poultry and pigeon exhibitors arrive from 4 to 8 p.m.
- September 9 – Youth market animals weigh in at 4:00 p.m.
- September 9 – Youth poultry and pigeon poster judging begins at 11:00 a.m.
- September 10 – Youth poultry and pigeon judging begins at 10:00 a.m.
- September 10 - Youth fitting and showing judging begins at 6:00 p.m.
- September 11 - Rooster crowing contest begins at 10:00 a.m.
- September 11 – Youth poultry activities begin at 1:00 p.m.
- September 11 - Animal Costume class begins at 1:00 p.m.
- September 11 – Youth exhibits are released after 8:00 p.m.
- September 12 - Open poultry exhibits arrive from 2 to 8 p.m.
- September 13 – Youth market animals are released at 6:00 a.m.
- September 13 - Open poultry judging begins at 8:30 a.m.
- September 14 – Open poultry judging begins at 10:00 a.m.
- September 15 – Open poultry exhibits release at 6:00 p.m. (cars at 8:00 p.m.)
- September 16 - Open pigeons arrive between 7:30 and 9:00 p.m.
- September 17 - Open pigeon judging begins at 10:00 a.m.
- September 18 - Open pigeon exhibits are released at 6:00 p.m.
