This form should not be used for situations involving private roads, state highways, or within Spokane's city limits. Please call our office at 509/477-3600 to report health or safety emergencies. Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. To report emergencies after hours, please link to the Spokane Crime Reporting Center or call 509/532-9266. For issues involving state highways, you may reach the Washington State Department of Transportation's local office at 509/324-6000. For roads within Spokane city limits, please call City Hall at 509/625-6250.
