Applicant: Ronald and Cathy Calhoon/Donald Howell
Description: Site specific Comprehensive Plan amendment from Large Tract Agriculture (LTA) to Mineral Lands (M) for approximately 78 acres.  Note: The proposal is for a Comprehensive Plan map reclassification and does not include a zone reclassification.  A zone reclassification requires a subsequent amendment of the Zoning map pursuant to Section 14.402.100(1).  The subsequent zoning appro9val will require specific conditions of approval related to site properties and the proposed mining activity.
