Thank you for your interest in adopting a shelter animal from SCRAPS. Below are the wonderful pets for adoption!
If you don't see what you are looking for, check out our impound page. The animals on the impound page are still in their "holding" period meaning we are looking for their owners, but they can be first-choiced.
If you are interested in adopting a pet from SCRAPS, you will need to provide photo identification with a current address. You will also need to be prepared to pay the full adoption fee at the time you adopt the pet (please refer to Adoption Fees). You must be at least 18 years old to adopt a pet from SCRAPS.
Pets that are still in their holding period, meaning we are still looking for their owners, can be first-choiced. A first-choice allows you to be the 1st person who can adopt the animal if the owner doesn't come to claim it. The first-choice fee is $25 and it is a nonrefundable donation to the SCRAPS Hope Foundation. You can only first-choice an animal here at the shelter, not over the phone.
These photos are updated every 2 - 3 days by volunteers. If you want to help by taking photos of our adoptable animals contact our Volunteer Coordinator at Karen Lynch to find out how!
