Feasibility Study on Sports Facilities in Spokane County

Spokane County in partnership with the City of Liberty Lake, City of Spokane Valley, Central Valley School District and the Sports Commission are studying two potential sports facility projects in Spokane Valley: a major renovation of Plante's Ferry Sports Stadium and the development of a large new regional sports complex near the HUB Sports Center. CSL International was hired by the partnership to conduct a feasibility study on each of these projects. The final report is now available (links below).


Upcoming Meetings



CSL International will be presenting an overview of the study and their findings at the following meetings:

  • Meeting #1 - Spokane County, City of Spokane, City of Liberty Lake Elected Officials Joint Meeting. Bill Krueger from CSL International will present an overview of the feasibility study prior to elected official discussion. When: Wednesday, November 30th, 2016, 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Where: CenterPlace Regional Event Center in Room 109  (2426 N. Discovery Place, Spokane Valley, WA 99216).
  • Meeting #2 - Public Stakeholder Meeting. Bill Krueger, Principal at CSL International will present an overview of the feasibility study results. Presentation will be followed by Q&A session. Stakeholders and the general public are encouraged to attend. When: Wednesday, November 30th, 2016, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Where: CenterPlace Regional Event Center in the "Great Room"  (2426 N. Discovery Place, Spokane Valley, WA 99216).
