The Spokane County Department of Building and Planning has received a proposal to amend the Spokane County Zoning Code Chapter 14.618, (Rural). The amendment as proposed would revise the text under 14.618.230(24) (Uses with Specific Standards) to allow an increase in the maximum building size for a neighborhood business from 20,000 square feet to 35,000 square feet in Rural Activity Center zoning category.
