Ombuds


Ombuds are contracted individuals who assist and advocate for individuals and their families who have concerns, complaints and/or grievances regarding their services in the mental health and/or substance use disorder system of care.  Ombuds are responsible for implementing WAC 388-865-0250. 

Concern/Complaint - Spokane County


If you are an individual in treatment, or a family member of an individual in treatment and you have a concern/complaint about services from a Spokane provider, please call the Spokane County Ombudsman at (509) 477-4666.
